Michelle Fox is an accomplished aesthetic professional and educator with over two decades of experience in the aesthetic industry. She began her journey in 2003, receiving her aesthetic training in Wichita, Kansas, and later expanded her expertise with advanced laser certification in Phoenix, Arizona. Training alongside top industry experts and educators ignited her passion for laser technology and education.

In 2011, Michelle founded Skindipity.com, an online platform dedicated to providing aesthetic professionals with advanced training. Her leadership in the field continued as she moved to Bend, Oregon, where she became the lead trainer at the largest med spa in Central Oregon, playing a key role in introducing laser laws to the region.

By 2015, Michelle returned to Phoenix, where she managed a successful medical spa chain with five locations and oversaw training for its staff. Simultaneously, she traveled nationwide, training for some of the top laser companies in the world. Her passion for education led her to evolve Skindipity into SAA Laser Institute in 2020, where she wrote a comprehensive 600-page curriculum that has become the gold standard in laser education. The institute, accredited in Arizona, has since trained over 500 students, including physicians, nurses, and aestheticians across the country.

Michelle’s dedication to empowering professionals through knowledge has made her a respected figure and key opinion leader in the aesthetics industry. She continues to shape the future of aesthetic training, ensuring high standards of care and expertise in the use of laser and advanced aesthetic applications.

Erin Lavelle is a Native New Yorker that moved to the desert a little over 10 years ago. She started her aesthetic career back in 2005, because of her passion for skin and beauty. She graduated aesthetics school in New York and then moved to Orlando to start working for Walt Disney World as an aesthetician to perform facials and body treatments. In 2011, she decided it was time for a change, and landed in Scottsdale, AZ! 

There she attended laser school and got hired as a technician to gain hands-on experience to become a Certified Cosmetic Laser Instructor. Traveling all over the US to teach doctors, nurses, aestheticians, and career changers the amazing world of medical aesthetics.

Erin specializes in C02 Laser, chemical peels, RF Microneedling, Microneeding, laser hair reduction, IPL, non ablative skin resurfacing, tattoo removal, dermaplaning, and DiamondGlow facials for all skin types. She provides medical-grade services, not fluffy spa services. Her one and only goal is to help everyone feel more confident and beautiful in their own skin.

When she isn’t training or working at the med spa, Erin loves to spend time outside with her husband and playing with her two bulldogs, Rosie and Steve.

Desiree De La Fuente is a California native, but was raised here in the valley of the sun. She started her Cosmetic Laser career in 2016. Upon starting her career, Desiree was determined to work at the best physician only practice; where she became their first hired laser technician, which led the way for future laser technicians.

Desiree has worked alongside Naturopathic Doctors her entire career. She is a true believer in looking at the body as a whole. Working with doctors, ignited a new passion within Desiree, which led her to continue her education, graduating as a medical assistant. Her medical background has been successful in laser tattoo removal and scar revision, enabling her to advance in her career.She currently holds certifications in Medical Assisting, Laser Technician, and Laser Safety Officer. She holds an extensive background knowledge in different types of tattoo ink and how ink has developed over the decades. This has allowed Desiree the opportunity to become a true laser artist, customizing each of her successful removals.

Desiree comes from one of the top laser tattoo removal salons in the valley; where she was a lead laser provider and trainer. There she developed innovative, successful advancements, by combining laser tattoo removal and scar revision. Desiree has been featured on the news, and within news articles for giving others a second chance and fresh start with tattoo removal.

Outside of training and helping her patients achieve successful results, Desiree enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 boys and 3 dogs. They all enjoy outdoor adventures!

Sonja discovered her love for helping people at an early age, which she could express through the health and beauty industry. Her mother was a cosmetologist who taught at a beauty college. Sonja watched her mother teach and perform services, connecting with her clients in a caring way.

She moved to Phoenix in 1993 and attended cosmetology school. She soon discovered that her greatest passion was in skin care, and she began her journey with aesthetics and cosmetic laser in 2007. In 2009, Sonja was asked to help grow the laser program and teach at the school she loved and had previously attended. She enjoyed working hands-on with the students in the clinic for over seven years, teaching cosmetic laser. She later went on to work for a prominent plastic surgeon and at a very successful med spa in Chandler.

Her passion is being able to help people achieve their aesthetic goals and seeing how it boosts their confidence. When she is not in her own studio doing treatments, she can be found continuing to teach at the best Laser School in Arizona, the SAA Laser Institute.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time with her children. She is passionate about helping her clients reach their aesthetic goals and sharing her love of the industry with the students she has the pleasure of working with.

Jenni is a Registered Nurse with a background in surgical nursing, working with the valleys top surgeons in both cosmetic and traumatic procedures. She has always been passionate about helping people in all areas of healthcare, but has found her true calling in aesthetic medicine, which she refers to as her “happy medicine!” She feels it is a true privilege to be able to help her clients feel their absolute best and feels very fortunate to have been able to turn her passion into a career.

Since beginning her aesthetic practice, she has taken countless advanced trainings from some of the top injectors in the industry. She considers herself a lifelong learner and prioritizes patient safety and provider education above all else. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree, and will complete her degree as a Nurse Practitioner in 2024.

In line with her passion for education, Jenni also works as an instructor, educating new injectors on safe practices, technique and more. Outside of work, her other passions include spending time with her amazing kids and adorable dogs, traveling anywhere she possibly can (and eating all the amazing food she can while there), and exercising. Pilates is her current obsession.
