Buyers Right to Cancel

For a full refund, the student must cancel 4 weeks prior to the class start date.

If a student gives notice of cancellation within 4 weeks of the course, A Fee of $200 Is nonrefundable. The remaining course amount paid is fully refundable.
If a student gives notice of cancellation within 1 week of the course, A Fee of $300 Is nonrefundable. The remaining course amount paid is fully refundable.
If a student gives notice of cancellation within 48 hours of the course, A Fee of $500 Is nonrefundable. The remaining course amount paid is fully refundable.

SAA Laser Institute – Student Conduct Policy

Purpose

SAA Laser Institute is committed to providing a professional, safe, and respectful learning environment for all students, instructors, and staff. This Student Conduct Policy outlines the expectations for behavior and the consequences of violations. All students are required to review, understand, and adhere to this policy as a condition of enrollment.

1. Professionalism & Respect

Students must treat fellow students, instructors, staff, clients, and visitors with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or hostile behavior will not be tolerated.
Personal differences must be addressed in a respectful, constructive manner.

2. Zero Tolerance for Bullying & Harassment

Harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, or discrimination of any kind—verbal, physical, written, or online—is strictly prohibited.
This includes derogatory remarks, unwanted physical contact, spreading rumors, or exclusion intended to harm another individual.

3. Academic Integrity

Students must complete all coursework, tests, and practical skills honestly and without plagiarism or falsification.
Misrepresentation of skills, credentials, or attendance is grounds for dismissal.

4. Compliance with Rules & Instructions

Students are expected to follow all Institute policies, safety procedures, and instructor directions at all times.
Failure to comply with safety protocols, especially when working with laser and aesthetic equipment, may result in immediate removal from class.

5. Attendance & Participation

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, arrive on time, and actively participate in learning activities.
Repeated tardiness, unexcused absences, or disengagement from training may result in disciplinary action.

6. Social Media & Public Conduct

Students may not post or share any content that could damage the reputation of SAA Laser Institute, its staff, students, or partners.
Posting images, videos, or client/student information without written permission is prohibited.

7. Substance Use

The use, possession, or being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing substances during class or clinical hours is strictly prohibited.

8. Disciplinary Action & Dismissal

Violations of this policy may result in:

Verbal Warning – For minor first-time offenses.
Written Warning – Documented notice of violation.
Immediate Dismissal – For severe or repeated offenses, including but not limited to:
- Harassment, bullying, or threats
- Physical violence or intimidation
- Disrespect toward instructors or staff
- Willful disregard for safety procedures
- Academic dishonesty

9. Retaliation Clause

Any form of retaliation against SAA Laser Institute, its staff, students, or affiliates—whether in person, in writing, or online—following disciplinary action will be met with immediate legal action. This includes harassment, defamation, or interference with the Institute’s operations.

Acknowledgment

I have read, understood, and agree to follow the SAA Laser Institute Student Conduct Policy. I understand that violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate dismissal without refund.

Contract Acceptance

I, the undersigned, have read and understand this agreement and acknowledge receipt of a copy. It is further understood and agreed that this agreement is legally binding.
